TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Course Enrollment
- Students/Learners must enroll in the course by registering and paying the required fees plus GST or any other taxes or levies as applicable before they can access any course materials or participate in any course activities.
- The course provider reserves the right to deny enrollment to any student/Learner at its discretion.
- Course Access
- Students/Learners will be given access to the course materials and online learning platform, if any, upon enrollment.
- Access will be granted for the duration of the course, as specified in the course description.
- The course provider reserves the right to revoke access to the course materials and online learning platform, if any, at any time, without prior notice, if the student/Learner violates any of the terms and conditions.
- Course Content
- The course content, including all materials, videos, and other resources, is the property of the course provider and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without the course provider’s written permission.
- The course provider reserves the right to modify or update the course content at any time, without prior notice.
- Students/Learners may not use the course content for any commercial purposes or to create derivative works without the course provider’s written permission.
- Course Schedule
- The course schedule, including the dates and times of live lectures or meetings, will be communicated to students/Learners at the start of the course.
- Any changes to the schedule will be communicated to students/learners as soon as possible via email or the online learning platform, if any
- The course provider reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify the course schedule at any time, without prior notice.
- Course Completion
- To successfully complete the course, students/learners must fulfill all course requirements as specified in the course description.
- This may include completing assignments, participating in discussions, passing quizzes or exams, attending live lectures or meetings, and any other requirements specified by the course provider.
- Students/Learners who fail to complete the course requirements may not receive a certificate of completion or any other form of recognition.
- Certificate of Completion
- Upon successfully completing the course requirements, students/learners will receive a certificate of completion.
- The certificate will be issued by the course provider and will include the student’s/learner’s name, the course name, and the date of completion.
- The course provider reserves the right to withhold or revoke a certificate of completion if the student/learner violates any of the terms and conditions.
- Refunds and Cancellations
- Refunds will be granted only if the course provider cancels the course or if the student/learner requests a refund within a specified timeframe, as specified in the course description.
- The course provider reserves the right to deny refunds to students/learners who violate any of the terms and conditions.
- The course provider reserves the right to cancel the course at any time, without prior notice.
- Technical Requirements
- Students/Learners must have access to a desktop computer or Laptop device with internet access, as well as any software or tools required for the course, as specified in the course description.
- The course provider is not responsible for any technical issues or problems that arise due to the student’s/Learners equipment, software, or internet connection.
- Code of Conduct
- Students/Learners are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times.
- Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the course without refund.
- Students/Learners are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any personal information or data shared with the course provider or other students/learners during the course.
- Liability
- The course provider is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred by students/learners as a result of participating in the course, including but not limited to lost data, software errors, or other technical issues.
- The course provider is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the student’s/Learner’s use of the course materials or participation in the course.
- The course provider is not responsible for any delays or disruptions in the course caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or network outages etc.
- The student/learner agrees to indemnify and hold the course provider harmless from any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising from the student’s/learner’s use of the course materials or participation in the course.
- Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights in the course materials, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, are the property of the course provider.
- The student/learner may not use any of the course materials or intellectual property for any commercial purposes or to create derivative works without the course provider’s written permission.
- Governing Law
- These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the course provider is based.
- Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved through arbitration.
- The student/Learner consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the jurisdiction in Palakkad District, Kerala State.
- Miscellaneous:
- These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the student/Learner and the course provider and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral, written, or electronic.
- Any waiver of these terms and conditions must be in writing and signed by both the student/Learner and the course provider.
- If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
